Contact Information
A physician is on call 24 hours a day, seven days per week. The on-call physician may be reached after hours through our answering service. We ask that routine calls such as information regarding appointments or prescription refills be made during regular office hours unless it is urgent in nature.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 623-434-7373. We can be reached after hours for emergencies.
